As part of recuitment in The Arcane Light Community we wanted to create a story driven recruitment process with the aid of comics. We never really managed to fully implement the idea, but we did complete a couple of the comics. Kallam is the bearded fellow, the suited agent is Voriig (an alt of mine) and the characters with gloves were Clyssandra and Xunzi. The blue gloves are of course a nod to Firefly (long live the brown coats). Story was by Alestain.
